Take time out of your busy schedule to spend some quality time with your loved one. They say the way to a person’s heart is via the stomach. Indulge in the Valentine 5-course Italian Set Dinner with appetizers like Ostriche (Oyster with Limoncello (lemon liqueur) Mint Granite) and Salmone Affumciato (Cherry wood smoked salmon with sour cream, poached baby beet root, fig, yellow frisse, caviar and balsamic reduction). Starter Duo di ravioli (Homemade twin ravioli with mushroom and mascarpone mousse, scallop and spinach cooked with tomato vanilla sauce) will surely stimulate your senses. Main course is a selection between Guancia di Viltello Brasata (Braised veal cheek with creamy cheesy cinnamon polenta, foie gras, fine beans, grilled fennel and red wine braising jus) or Rombo servitor con puree di Carciofi, porcini griglliati, Sambuca spuma (Slow- cooked Turbot with artichoke puree, grilled porcini mushroom and sambucca foam). The most important course – dessert to seal the deal is Cioccolato semifredo (Chocolate semifredo with passion fruit puree caramelized pear and braised red plum).

With all the romance happening at Level 5, Essence Restaurant at Level 1 is sure not to be left out either. Amazing appetizers such as Chicken liver pate with pear relish and toasted crostini, Tuna Magura stuffed Portebello, Seared scallops with lemon thyme and apple salad and a whole lot more is sure to excite your taste-bud.

Before heading to the main course counter, warm your sweetheart with delicious hot piping soup such as Creamy hammour chowder with mussel and chive or Traditional oxtail soup with tongkat ali herbs. Among some of the main dishes served includes Oven roasted whole Angus striploin with green apple, spinach and sweet red bell peppers, Slow-cooked stuffed leg of lamb with strawberries and apricot, Seared half-shell scallop with lemon and spinach risotto, Macadamia nut-crusted snapper with hollandaise sauce and local favourites such as Chicken satay with condiments and peanut sauceSotong Sumbat Kuah PercikNaan bread with Chicken Hariyaki TikkaDim Sum selections and many more.
